Scoring explained
Every prediction is scored slot by slot against the real result, plus one bonus if you got the podium right.
Per slot
| Slot | Points |
|---|---|
| P1 | 10 |
| P2 | 7 |
| P3 | 5 |
A picked rider who finished on the podium, but in a different position, scores 3.
A picked rider who finished off the podium — or didn't finish — scores 0 for that slot.
The two bonuses
- Perfect Podium — all three riders in exactly the right order: +10
- Podium Sweep — all three podium riders identified, order wrong: +7
Never both. Maximum score for a Grand Prix is 32.
Try it
Pick three riders against a fixed real podium and watch the score compute, slot by slot. No account, no network — this runs entirely in your browser.
Real podium: A. Márquez · Bezzecchi · Di Giannantonio
Every possible outcome
| Outcome | Points |
|---|---|
| Perfect podium | 32 |
| All three riders, P2/P3 swapped | 23 |
| All three riders, P1/P3 swapped | 20 |
| All three riders, P1/P2 swapped | 18 |
| P1 + P2 exact, third missed | 17 |
| All three riders, fully scrambled | 16 |
| P1 + P3 exact | 15 |
| P1 exact + one displaced | 13 |
| P2 + P3 exact | 12 |
| P1 exact only, or P2 exact + one displaced | 10 |
| P3 exact + one displaced | 8 |
| P2 exact only | 7 |
| Two riders displaced | 6 |
| P3 exact only | 5 |
| One rider displaced | 3 |
| Nothing right | 0 |
Why a scrambled sweep beats two exact hits
Identifying all three podium riders and keeping the winner in place scores 23 — more than nailing P1 and P2 exactly, which scores 17. That's deliberate: picking the right three riders out of 22 is a harder feat than ordering two of them correctly.
Season points
Season score is the plain sum of every round. No dropped rounds, no multipliers.
